I've been procrastinating... yeah it's hard to get myself to do this. Forcefully sending these messages out hopefully will help.
I've contacted the creator of the duelnoir dreamwidth's creator (through dreamwidth) and the creator of the chinese translation I will be basing translations on (http://fraha.lofter.com/), but both people have not responded.
To say that I'm at odds with whether to use the chinese translation without permission wouldn't be false, but at the same time it does not explain why I've done absolutely nothing.
